Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 100cucu. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify 100cucu promptly of any changes to your registration details. 100cucu shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
100cucu implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process consistent with international gaming authority standards. KYC verification is required before the processing of withdrawal requests and may be requested at any time at 100cucu's discretion. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad or international passport. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100cucu login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 100cucu shall not be held responsible for unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify 100cucu's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
100cucu accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method as displayed on the deposit page.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 100cucu account are legitimately sourced and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 100cucu reserves the right to request evidence of fund source where deemed appropriate.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 100cucu targets standard withdrawal processing within one (1) business day for verified accounts, subject to additional processing time by the receiving payment provider. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 100cucu reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of MYR 50 per month to inactive accounts following written notification. Members are encouraged to maintain periodic login activity or to contact customer support to formally close an account with a zero balance.
All bets placed on the 100cucu Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, esports betting) as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the subject matter of that product.
100cucu reserves the right to void any wager or gaming outcome that results from a technical malfunction, manifest error in odds or pricing, or any other circumstance that constitutes an obvious error. In such cases, 100cucu will endeavour to reinstate the wager stake to the Member's account. 100cucu's decision on void bets shall be final.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Member account as specified in the relevant product rules. 100cucu is not obligated to honour winnings that exceed published payout maximums.
100cucu offers bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant promotional offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the relevant promotion.

All content on the 100cucu Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of 100cucu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 100cucu content without prior written consent from 100cucu. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 100cucu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical downtime, network interruptions, or events of force majeure.
100cucu's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their 100cucu account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
100cucu makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability or third-party service failures beyond 100cucu's reasonable control.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in effect, 100cucu will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded Member from opening a new account on the Platform. Upon closure of an account for any reason other than a confirmed breach involving fund forfeiture, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Member via an appropriate payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances subject to ongoing investigation may be held pending resolution.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting 100cucu customer support. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.
100cucu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the email address associated with their account, or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 100cucu is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 100cucu's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
100cucu's decisions on all gaming and wagering matters — including bet settlements, void decisions, and bonus forfeitures — are final and binding, provided that 100cucu has exercised its discretion in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and published product rules.
